This is a very easy, but yummy cake to make. It was one of the first cakes I made w/ my daughter when she was younger.

Ingredients

4 large eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 large golden apples, peeled, diced, mixed w/ 1 tbsp flour & 2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

How To Make so good, easy apple cake

Step 1

In bowl, beat eggs and sugar until blended. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

Step 2

Beat at medium speed for 2 mins. Mix in diced apples and nuts. Line a 9" pan w/ parchment paper. Pour batter into pan.
Step 3

Bake at 350 for 40 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
