snowglobe cookies & cupcakes
You can do this with any flavor cookie you want. You can do it with homemade cookies or store bought cookies. You could also change the figurines for any holiday or event. I also included a picture of the cupcake because you can see it better.

How To Make snowglobe cookies & cupcakes
-
Step 1If you are making your cookies/cupcakes then bake those and let them completely cool. While waiting for them to cool if you are making fondant figurines make them. If you are using store bought then just move to step 2.
-
Step 2Add about 1/2 cup confectioners sugar to the frosting in a small bowl. Make sure to mix if thouroughly so there are no sugar lumps in the frosting. Frost the tops of the cookies/cupcakes.
-
Step 3Place the figurine on the top in the middle of the frosted cookie/cupcake. Take one of the clear plastic pieces of a quarter machine capsule dump in your choice of "snow" sprinkles or crystal sugar.
-
Step 4Flip the cookie/cupcake on to the platic piece and make sure its sealed on there. Flip them over and you can shake them up like a snowglobe!
-
Step 5Enjoy! Everyone I know loved these and I got tons of orders for them. When I used the cupcakes I used candy holiday rings which saved time and the kids LOVED them!!!
