snickers cupcakes
I love these cupcakes, you bite into them and there is a nice surprise in the middle. Everyone who has tried them could not put them down!! My husband does not like cake at all and ate about ten of these.

Ingredients
- FOR CAKE
- 1 box devils food cake
- 1 package chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup oil
- 4 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 - mini frozen snickers
- FOR FROSTING
- 2 sticks room temp butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup caramel topping
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make snickers cupcakes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.Line cupcake tins with liners. For cake mix everything together except for snickers. Evenly divide batter into liners, and gently push a snickers into center of batter, do not push all the way to bottem. Smooth the surface, make sure to cover snickers. Bake for 18-22 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool before frosting.

Step 2For frosting cream butter and shortening in a bowl with electirc mixer. Add vanilla, salt, and caramel, combine well. Begin adding powered sugar one cup at a time, mixing well. Ca add more sugar or caramel if needed. After frosting cupcakes, garnish with chopped snickers and drizzel caramel.
