Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
Chocolate, caramel and peanut butter... oh, my! This cake tastes just like the candy bar, and we couldn't be any happier about it.

We loved the flavor when we used a 18 oz. jar of creamy peanut butter... but feel free to use more or less to suit your PB cravings.

your fav chocolate cake mix
1 jar(s)
creamy peanut butter
1 pkg
cool whip, 8oz
1 jar(s)
caramel syrup, to taste
1 1/2 c
unsalted peanuts
1 bottle
chocolate syrup
1 1/2 c
toll house peanut butter and chocolate chips
3 large
1 1/3 c
1/3 c
1 can(s)
chocolate frosting

How to Make Snickers Cake


  • 1pre heat oven to 350 degrees . prepare cake mix as directed. grease two round cake pans and add cake batter and bake for 29 min
  • 2combine peanut butter and cool whip and beat until smooth ... set aside this will be used to ice your first layer
  • 3when cakes are completely cooled ice your first layer with peanut butter mixture.with your chocolate icing create a border around the cake. add your peanuts and chocolate chips ,syrup and caramel ..... repeat this step for your top layer.
