- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- ICING
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 3 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
How To Make snickerdoodle cake

Step 1Mix low speed cake mix milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon for 1 minute. Scrape sides and beat 2-3 minutes on medium

Step 2Pour into 2 round cake pans or 9 x 13 cake pan Bake 27-29 minutes according to box instructions. Let cool and ice

Step 3Icing Beat butter until fluffy Add sugar, 3 tbs milk, vanilla and cinnamon Blend on low, increase to medium for 1 minute if using the round cake pans don't forget to ice between the layers
