This is a favorite here and so easy to make. it was a take of of the "Crock pot German chocolate cake". Only this version the topping stays on top. this recipe is easy to double and bake in a 9x13 pan Eric liked it better also

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package white cake mix
  • 1/2 - the boxes amounts of water and oil
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 4 - single size envelopes cocoa mix

How To Make snackin cake

  • Step 1
    I used a round pirex casserole dish about 8 inches across. Spray oil in pan. set a side
  • Step 2
    In a bowl mix the cake mix 4 cocoa packets, eggs, water, and oil. Beat 2 minutes. then pour into the pan.
  • Step 3
    in a small bowl add the coconut, sugar, and pecans mix well and sprinkle over the cake.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 20 minutes or until done in a 325 degrees oven.
