This is a favorite here and so easy to make. it was a take of of the "Crock pot German chocolate cake". Only this version the topping stays on top. this recipe is easy to double and bake in a 9x13 pan

I used a round pirex casserole dish about 8 inches across. Spray oil in pan. set a side
In a bowl mix the cake mix 4 cocoa packets, eggs, water, and oil. Beat 2 minutes. then pour into the pan.
in a small bowl add the coconut, sugar, and pecans mix well and sprinkle over the cake.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done in a 325 degrees oven.
