This is a favorite here and so easy to make. it was a take of of the "Crock pot German chocolate cake". Only this version the topping stays on top. this recipe is easy to double and bake in a 9x13 pan Eric liked it better also

Ingredients
- 1/2 package white cake mix
- 1/2 - the boxes amounts of water and oil
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 4 - single size envelopes cocoa mix
How To Make snackin cake

Step 1I used a round pirex casserole dish about 8 inches across. Spray oil in pan. set a side

Step 2In a bowl mix the cake mix 4 cocoa packets, eggs, water, and oil. Beat 2 minutes. then pour into the pan.

Step 3in a small bowl add the coconut, sugar, and pecans mix well and sprinkle over the cake.

Step 4Bake for 20 minutes or until done in a 325 degrees oven.
