Ingredients
- 2/3 cup cake flour
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 - egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups marshmallows, mini
- 1/4 cup chocolate mini-chips
- 1/4 cup heathcliff bars, broken in pieces (opt.)
How To Make smores cake

Step 1Lightly butter 2 - 8\" round springform cake pans or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2Stir together cake flour, graham cracker crumbs and baking powder in medium bowl.

Step 3In another bowl, combine milk, applesauce and vanilla.

Step 4Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended.

Step 5Beat eggs whites until frothy.

Step 6Add cream of tartar and continue beating until thick and foamy.

Step 7Gradually add sugar, beating until soft, smooth peaks form.

Step 8Fold half into batter until blended.

Step 9Fold in remaining whites until blended.

Step 10Divide batter into prepared pans, spreading evenly.

Step 11Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until wood pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 12Sprinkle marshmallows (you may use MORE than directed as they are fat-free) and chocolate chips over tops of cakes. Add broken heathcliff bar pieces as desired.

Step 13Place under broiler to brown slightly.

Step 14Let cool to warm and serve.
