i wanted to make a chocolate cake, but had to leave the house for an appt. So I made it in the slow cooker and it came out fabulous!! Wait until you taste this, yum!

Ingredients

1 c
packed light brown sugar
3/4 c
cocoa powder
1/2 c
melted butter
1
box ( small) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 c
flour
1/2 c
milk, i used 1%
8 oz
low-fat plain yogurt or light sour cream
1-1/2 c
chocolate chips, i used dark chocolate chips
1 tsp
vanilla

How to Make Slow-cooked gooey chocolate cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spray a slow-cooker liner w/ cooking spray. Place all ingredients into cooker.
  • 2Stir ingredients to combine. Cover, cook on low for 4 hrs. Turn off cooker and let sit for 20 mins. Spoon into decorative bowls and serve w/ homemade whipped cream or ice cream.
