i wanted to make a chocolate cake, but had to leave the house for an appt. So I made it in the slow cooker and it came out fabulous!! Wait until you taste this, yum!

Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 - box ( small) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk, i used 1%
- 8 ounces low-fat plain yogurt or light sour cream
- 1-1/2 cup chocolate chips, i used dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make slow-cooked gooey chocolate cake

Step 1Spray a slow-cooker liner w/ cooking spray. Place all ingredients into cooker.

Step 2Stir ingredients to combine. Cover, cook on low for 4 hrs. Turn off cooker and let sit for 20 mins. Spoon into decorative bowls and serve w/ homemade whipped cream or ice cream.
