Found this in some magazine years ago. Hubby and I love it.

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 5 - egg yolks
  • 5 - egg whites, beaten
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon rum flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon butter flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon almond flavoring

How To Make six flavor pound cake

  • Step 1
    Beat butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add beaten egg yolks.
  • Step 2
    Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with milk to batter.
  • Step 3
    Stir in flavorings.
  • Step 4
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
  • Step 5
    Pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
