My sister passed away several years ago, but I still miss her a lot. This is one of her cake recipes that is easy but impressive. This is a coconut cake lover's dream!

Ingredients

1 - duncan hines yellow cake mix
2 cups frozen sweeten coconut
1 cup sour cream

How To Make sis's coconut cake

Step 1

Mix coconut and sour cream together. Chill overnight.

Step 2

Bake cake according to package directions for 2 layers. Cool completely. Split each layer in half.
Step 3

Spread coconut mixture between each layer. Store in fridge.
