This cake does not last long at my house! It is fabulously moist, very chocolaty, and needs no adornment other than a light dusting of powdered sugar.

Ingredients
- 1 box dark chocolate or devil's food cake mix
- 1 box (small) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix (dry)
- 1/2 cup hot chocolate mix (dry)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 - jumbo eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- - powdered sugar (for dusting cake)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a Bundt pan with Baker's Joy or Pam for Baking spray (non-stick spray with flour), or grease & flour pan.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, and hot chocolate mix.

Step 3Add the sour cream, eggs, water, and oil. Beat on low speed of mixer for 30 seconds. Increase speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes.

Step 4Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until cake tests done.

Step 5Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Place on serving plate and dust with powdered sugar. ENJOY!
