Ingredients
- - 1 box yellow cake mix
- - 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
- - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- - 2 1/2 cups milk
- - 2 1/2 cups strawberries, thinly sliced and cut into bite-sized pieces
- - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- - 8 oz. tub cool whip
- - 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- - 1 cup whole strawberries, cut in half
How To Make sinful strawberry cake

Step 1Prepare cake as directed. Pour batter into a 9x13 lightly greased cake pan. Bake as directed. Toss the sliced strawberries with the 1/4 cup granulated sugar; set aside.

Step 2Allow cake to cool.

Step 3Mix pudding with milk; beat in cream cheese. Spread over the cake. Place strawberries with sugar in colander to remove juice. Spoon strawberries over pudding mixture, followed by the cool whip. Sprinkle nuts over cool whip. Top with strawberries, cut side down. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
