Love this lemony flavored wonderful cake. It reminds me of a cross between a Chess cake and a pound cake. This is a must try!

Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 - eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon extract
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sierra mist soda
- - powdered sugar
How To Make sierra mist cake

Step 1Preheat your oven to 325. Cream together butter and sugar, then add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 2Add flour and extracts and beat well. Gently fold in sierra mist. Pour into well greased 13x9 pan.

Step 3Bake at 325 for 1-1 1/4 hours or until cake tests done in the middle. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. I think this is great when you can serve it warm. Yum! Yum! Yum!
