    butter, room temperature
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 5
    eggs
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    sierra mist soda
  • ·
    powdered sugar

How to Make Sierra Mist Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat your oven to 325. Cream together butter and sugar, then add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  2. Add flour and extracts and beat well. Gently fold in sierra mist. Pour into well greased 13x9 pan.
  3. Bake at 325 for 1-1 1/4 hours or until cake tests done in the middle. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. I think this is great when you can serve it warm. Yum! Yum! Yum!
