Love this lemony flavored wonderful cake. It reminds me of a cross between a Chess cake and a pound cake. This is a must try!

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, room temperature
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 5 - eggs
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon extract
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup sierra mist soda
  • - powdered sugar

How To Make sierra mist cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 325. Cream together butter and sugar, then add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Step 2
    Add flour and extracts and beat well. Gently fold in sierra mist. Pour into well greased 13x9 pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 325 for 1-1 1/4 hours or until cake tests done in the middle. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. I think this is great when you can serve it warm. Yum! Yum! Yum!
