My Mother made this. Love it's so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 3/4 cup creme sherry

How To Make sherry wine pound cake

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Bake in greased and floured bundt pan for 40-50 minutes @350 degrees. Let cool in pan for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Poke holes in cake and soak with the following glaze.
  • Step 4
    1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp crème Sherry. Heat glaze ingredients only until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Step 5
    Serve topped with strawberries and whipped cream.
