- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 teaspoons grated nutmed i use the fresh and grate it myself
- 3/4 cup sherry i use fairbanks
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make sherry nut cake

Step 1Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 inch tube pan. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the nuts and beat on low speed for 1 minute or until mixed real good. Stir in the nuts. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes or until brown on top and comes away from the side. Make sure bundt pan is sprayed real good so it doesn't stick. Cool in the pan..
