shelly's amazing coffee cake
One of my very dear friends that I taught preschool with would bring this to share with the other teachers. Before she took it to the work room I would grab a piece. It is so good warm first thing in the morning.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon, ground
- 1 - yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding, 3.4oz
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1TOPPING: combine brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside.

Step 2Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, water, eggs and vanilla. Mix with electric mixer for 1 minute. Pour in a greased 9x13" cake pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350F of 58 to 60 minutes.

Step 3GLAZE: combine powdered sugar and vanilla and a little milk and pour over cake while hot.
