How to Make Shara's choco-cherry coke cake w/ crushed Oreos

  1. Heat oven to 250. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, cola, oil, cherry juice and eggs w/a mixer for about 2 minutes until combined well. Pour batter into pan and bake for 25 mins or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. You want this cake very moist so keep an eye on it!! I checked it at 20 mins but it did need the 25.
  3. Let cake cool. Microwave the frosting just until easily spreadable but not melted. Frost entire cake. Top cake w/ crushed Oreos. Place cherries randomly all over the top of cake and serve.
