Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix, any flavor
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make semi homemade cake batter

Step 1Do not follow box directions. Mix all ingredients together & combine well then beat 2 min w/electric mixer. Bake approx 20 - 25 minutes or until tested done. Cool layers & use your favorite frosting. Bake about 10 minutes longer for a bundt cake. Basically follow the cooking time on the box.

Step 2Note: You can use three 8" cake pans or two 9" cake pans. I also make this in a bundt pan.
