This is an old recipe my Grandma gave me years ago when I first started baking....Very Good !

Ingredients
- 2 - egg whites , unbeaten
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make sea foam frosting

Step 1Combine egg whites , brown sugar , water and corn syrup in top of a double broiler ; mix well

Step 2Place top of double broiler over boiling water and beat constantly with a electric hand mixer until mixture forms peaks ; about 7 minutes.

Step 3Remove from heat of the boiling water and add the vanilla and continue to beat until frosting is cool and thick enough to spread.

Step 4Makes enough frosting to frost tops and sides of two 9" cakes. (a layer cake )
