scotch-a-roo twinkie cake
This can be made with any flavor pudding mix, I just prefer butterscotch, and I top it with crunched up pecan sandi cookies, so I named it Scotch-A-Roo! Hope you like it too!!

Ingredients
- 1 box twinkies
- 2 boxes (5.9 oz.) boxes instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 5 cups milk
- 1 package (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 package crushed pecan sandi cookies
- 3 - bananas, sliced (optional)
How To Make scotch-a-roo twinkie cake

Step 1Cut Twinkies in halves. Lay cream side up in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix pudding and milk according to package directions.

Step 2Let pudding mixture set to soft, firm state. Pour pudding over Twinkies. At this point you can cover and store in refrigerator till ready to serve..

Step 3Slice bananas over the pudding mixture, and top with whipped topping, sprinkle cookie crumbs on top... Serve.. Enjoy!
