This can be made with any flavor pudding mix, I just prefer butterscotch, and I top it with crunched up pecan sandi cookies, so I named it Scotch-A-Roo! Hope you like it too!!

Ingredients

  • 1 box twinkies
  • 2 boxes (5.9 oz.) boxes instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 5 cups milk
  • 1 package (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 package crushed pecan sandi cookies
  • 3 - bananas, sliced (optional)

How To Make scotch-a-roo twinkie cake

  • Step 1
    Cut Twinkies in halves. Lay cream side up in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix pudding and milk according to package directions.
  • Step 2
    Let pudding mixture set to soft, firm state. Pour pudding over Twinkies. At this point you can cover and store in refrigerator till ready to serve..
  • Step 3
    Slice bananas over the pudding mixture, and top with whipped topping, sprinkle cookie crumbs on top... Serve.. Enjoy!
