This can be made with any flavor pudding mix, I just prefer butterscotch, and I top it with crunched up pecan sandi cookies, so I named it Scotch-A-Roo! Hope you like it too!!

Ingredients

1 box
twinkies
2 box
(5.9 oz.) boxes instant butterscotch pudding mix
5 c
milk
1 pkg
(8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 pkg
crushed pecan sandi cookies
3
bananas, sliced (optional)

How to Make Scotch-A-Roo Twinkie Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut Twinkies in halves. Lay cream side up in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix pudding and milk according to package directions.
  • 2Let pudding mixture set to soft, firm state. Pour pudding over Twinkies. At this point you can cover and store in refrigerator till ready to serve..
  • 3Slice bananas over the pudding mixture, and top with whipped topping, sprinkle cookie crumbs on top... Serve.. Enjoy!
