1 cwater

1 can(s)sauerkraut, drained, rinsed, finely snipped, 8 ounces
How to Make Sauerkraut Surprise Cake
- In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs one at a time; add vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa. Add to creamed mixture alternately with water, beating after each addition. Stir in sauerkraut. Turn into greased and floured 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool in pan. Frost with Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting.
