How to Make SALTED NUT ROLL CAKE

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend cake mix, egg, and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 18 minutes, do not overbake. Spread marshmallows over top. Bake 1-2 minutes. Cool while making topping.
    Topping
  2. 2/3 cup corn syrup
    1/4 cup butter
    2 tsp vanilla
    12 oz peanut butter chips.
    Heat til smooth.

    Stir in:
    2 cups Rice Krispies
    2 cups salted peanuts

    Spread mixture over top of marshmallows.
