Ingredients For salad dressing cake

  • 2 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    salad dressing (do not use mayonaise) - miracle whip or off brand
  • 1 c
    water, cold
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make salad dressing cake

    Preheat oven to 400F
  • 2
    In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.

    Stir in salad dressing, cold water, and vanilla; mix well.

    Pour into two (2) greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.

    Bake for 35 - 40 mins.
