- 1 box instant vanilla pudding (small)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapples
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
How To Make roz's italian creme cake

Step 1mix all the ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes. Top with cream cheese icing. I use a 13 by 9 inch pan.
