    instant vanilla pudding (small)
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 c
  • 1 1/2 c
    crushed pineapples
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 3
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    evaporated milk

How to Make Roz's Italian creme cake


  1. mix all the ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes. Top with cream cheese icing. I use a 13 by 9 inch pan.
