How to Make Royal Frosting
- Beat egg whites with lemon juice until foamy white in a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Add 10X confectioners sugar gradually, beating until frosting stands in firm peaks and is stiff enough to hold a sharp line when cut through with a knife.
- Spread on favorite cake and serve.
