My friend Roxy first made this in Home Economics class in high school a few years back (lol just a few) and gave me the recipe! Easy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, cold
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1- 28oz cans sliced peaches
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 2 dashes nutmeg (optional)
How To Make roxies easy peach cobbler

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Melt stick of butter in a 8x8 pan. While melting butter in oven drain large can of peaches. Set aside. Reserve juice.

Step 2Mix flour, milk, sugar and baking powder. Once butter is melted pull out of oven and dump batter in pan. Spoon peaches into batter. Place in oven for 60 minutes.

Step 3When out of oven dump reserved juice on top while hot and left soak in.

Step 4For a double recipe double everything except butter and sugar use a 13x9 pan. Cinnamon and nutmeg optional to taste.
