This is my grandmas sister's recipe and is very old.

Ingredients

3 - eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup cocoa, unsweetened
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup crisco or oil
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make rosie's chocolate cake

Step 1

Beat eggs and sugar together.

Step 2

Mix flour,cocoa,baking soda,baking powder,and salt together.
Step 3

Add crisco and vanilla to sugar and egg mixture.
Step 4

Alternate milk and dry ingredients to egg mixture. Can add boiling water to batter if too dry.
Step 5

Put in 2 greased cake pans or greased 9x13 baking pan.Bake 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
