Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 - large eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup finely diced walnuts
How To Make rose's cinnamon coffee cake

Step 1In a large mixing bowl cream butter and 2 cups of sugar. Add vanilla,beat; add eggs one at a time beat well after each. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Add alternately the flour mixture and the sour cream beating after each addition keeping batter smooth.

Step 2Combine cinnamon, nuts and 3/4 cups of sugar. Spoon 1/3 batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture and repeat layer. Bake 350 for 70 minutes. Cool in pan.... Leave plain, or use drizzle if desired.
