This is an easy choc. pound cake that u can drizzle or powdered sugar, it's delicious either way/w ice cream too.

Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 - stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 - extra large eggs
How To Make rose's chocolate pound cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 line the bottom of a 10inch tube pan with parchment paper and spray with a baking spray set aside

Step 2In the bowl of the electric mixer, dry whisk flour, sugar and cocoa together. Gradually add butter, shortening, milk beat on low first and medium until mixed thoroughly. Add the baking powder and salt, mix. add vanilla and eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, test. Cool in cake pan at least 20 minutes.

Step 3I either make a chocolate drizzle or just powder sugar and serve with ice cream if u want. Enjoy
