Ingredients
- CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 - egg
- 1 package (12 oz) chocolate chips (i use milk chocolate)
- CAKE
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 - eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ICING
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3-5 teaspoons hot water, or until drizzle consistency
How To Make ring of black bottom cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2In a small bowl combine cream cheese mixture ingredients except chocolate chips until well blended, stir in chocolate chips

Step 3In a large bowl beat together all cake ingredients until well blended

Step 4Pour 1/2 the batter into a 10-inch greased tube pan, spoon cream cheese mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter over cream cheese mixture

Step 5bake 1 hr 15 min to 1 1/2 hrs

Step 6cool cake, remove from pan, mix together icing ingredients and drizzle over cake, Enjoy!!!

Step 7This is also fabulous in mini muffin cups. Just fill mini paper cups 3/4 full of batter, drop a 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cream cheese mixture in center of batter and bake
