Got this delish recipe from my sister along time ago. I had it at her cook-out and had to have the recipe. Is easy to make and very good. Something different to make.

Ingredients

1 package duncan hines yellow pudding cake mix, make per pkg. directions
1 large container of ricotta
- add to ricotta
4 - eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon (either fresh or juice)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar

How To Make ricotta cake

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make cake mix according to directions. Pour into a greased 13 x 9" pan. Then mix ricotta with the eggs, lemon, vanilla and sugar and pour mixture over the cake.

Step 2

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
