Ingredients

1 package duncan hines yellow pudding cake mix
1 large container of ricotta cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice (add to ricotta)
1 cup sugar (add to ricotta)

How To Make ricotta cake ~ quick dessert

Step 1

Mix the 4 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. of lemon and 1 cup of sugar , 1 large container of Ricotta and put in the bottom of the 13" x 9" baking pan .

Step 2

Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan Make the cake mix according to directions on box , pour over the Ricotta mixture in a 13x9" pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 Hour ~
Step 3

I sprinkle with confectioner's sugar! Delish
