Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix prepared according to directions on the box
- 2 pounds ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 - eggs
How To Make ricotta cake

Step 1Mix a yellow cake mix according to the directions on the box. Spread cake batter on bottom of a 9x13 pan which has been greased and floured.

Step 2Mix the ricotta cheese, vanilla, eggs, and sugar and spread this mixture over the cake batter.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. The cheese mixture will sink to the bottom and the cake will rise to the top.
