  In a small microwavable bowl, melt chips on high in 1 minute intervals; stirring until smooth. Using a pastry bag fitted with a small writing tip, drizzle chocolate over tops & sprinkle with multi colored sprinkles. Refrigerate 30 minutes until hardened.
• Step 3
  For each sandwich...spread 1/2 C cake or cookie dough ice cream over each bottom; top with decorated top & freeze 3 hours.
