Ingredients

4 c
chopped rhubarb
1 c
sugar
1 box
3 oz. strawberry gelatin
1 pkg
10 oz. miniature marshmallows
1 box
yellow cake mix

How to Make Rhubarb Upside Down Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350*
  • 2Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  • 3Layer first four ingredients in pan - in order given.
  • 4Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour over ingredients in pan.
  • 5Bake at 350* for 50-55 minutes or until cake tests done.
  • 6Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes - turn out onto cookie sheet. Let cool completely.
  • 7Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
