Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box 3 oz. strawberry gelatin
- 1 package 10 oz. miniature marshmallows
- 1 box yellow cake mix
How To Make rhubarb upside down cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*

Step 2Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

Step 3Layer first four ingredients in pan - in order given.

Step 4Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour over ingredients in pan.

Step 5Bake at 350* for 50-55 minutes or until cake tests done.

Step 6Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes - turn out onto cookie sheet. Let cool completely.

Step 7Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
