Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 5 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 package strawberry jello (3 oz size)

How To Make rhubarb upside down cake

  • Step 1
    Mix sugar with jello. Stir into rhubarb and marshmallows. Spread in bottom of greased 9x12 cake pan
  • Step 2
    Mix cake according to package directions. Spread on top of rhubarb mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. When serving, invert piece of cake onto plate.
