Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 5 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 package strawberry jello (3 oz size)
How To Make rhubarb upside down cake

Step 1Mix sugar with jello. Stir into rhubarb and marshmallows. Spread in bottom of greased 9x12 cake pan

Step 2Mix cake according to package directions. Spread on top of rhubarb mixture.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. When serving, invert piece of cake onto plate.
