Ingredients

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
5 c
chopped rhubarb
1 c
sugar
1 c
miniature marshmallows
1 pkg
strawberry jello (3 oz size)

How to Make Rhubarb Upside Down Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix sugar with jello. Stir into rhubarb and marshmallows. Spread in bottom of greased 9x12 cake pan
  • 2Mix cake according to package directions. Spread on top of rhubarb mixture.
  • 3Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. When serving, invert piece of cake onto plate.
