  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 - yellow cake mix
  • 1 pint whipping cream

How To Make rhubarb custard cake

  • Step 1
    Mix rhubarb with sugar and set aside. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour into 9 X 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle rhubarb mixture on cake batter. Pour whipping cream on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
