Makes a 9 x 13 pan
Ingredients
- 4 cups raw rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 6 ounces whipping cream

Step 1Mix cake mix according to directions and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle rhubarb over cake, then sugar. Pour unwhipped cream over top of all this

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. The rhubarb and cream make an "upside down" cake. Cook at least 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
