I have had this recipe for over 40 years. My mother gave the recipe to me so I could use the rhubarb that use to be in our yard. Brings back many happy memories of my family. Note: If you don't care for rhubarb or it is not available you can use tart chopped apples or blueberries instead.

How To Make rhubarb coffee cake

1Mix cake ingredients well and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
