- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup black coffee
- 3 to 4 cups fine cut rhubarb (about size of little fingernail)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- TOPPING
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 small pkg chopped nuts
How To Make rhubarb cake

Step 1Cream together sugar, margarine, black coffee and rhubarb. Add 2 large eggs.

Step 2Sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Combine with creamed ingredients. Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.

Step 3Combine sugar and chopped nuts. Sprinkle topping over cake mixture.

Step 4Bake 350 for 45- 55 mins.
