3 to 4 cfine cut rhubarb (about size of little fingernail)

1 cflour

1/2 tspsalt

2 tspbaking soda

TOPPING

1/3 csugar

1 smallpkg chopped nuts
How to Make Rhubarb Cake
- Cream together sugar, margarine, black coffee and rhubarb. Add 2 large eggs.
- Sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Combine with creamed ingredients. Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.
- Combine sugar and chopped nuts. Sprinkle topping over cake mixture.
- Bake 350 for 45- 55 mins.
