Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margerine or butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh or frozen rhubarb diced fine
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make rhubarb cake

Step 1Cream shortening, sugar, eggs; then alternate dry ingredients with milk. Add vanilla and rhubarb. Mix well, pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle the top of batter with 1/2 cup white sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon mixed. Bake at 350F for 30 - 35 minutes.
