Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softned
  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    chopped, raw, rhubarb
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How to Make Rhubarb Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix in order given, folding in the 2 cups of rhubarb last. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Top with mixture of sugar and cinnamon before baking. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
