Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softned
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups chopped, raw, rhubarb
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make rhubarb cake

Step 1Mix in order given, folding in the 2 cups of rhubarb last. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Top with mixture of sugar and cinnamon before baking. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
