Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 ounces box of strawberry jello
- 1 - cake mix, white or yellow
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make rhubarb cake

Step 1Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Coat 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

Step 2Add rhubarb into bottom of pan. Pour water over rhubarb. If frozen rhubarb use 1 1/4 cups, if fresh rhubarb use 1 1/2 cups water.

Step 3Mix sugar and jello, sprinkle over top of rhubarb, sprinkle cake mix next. Pour melted butter over top of cake mix.

Step 4Bake for 45 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers or it may get soggy.
