  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil- divided

How To Make reese's peanut butter cup mini cheesecakes

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350*. Place muffin liners in a 12 cup muffin pan. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter together with a fork until crumbly. Place a heaping tablespoon of mix into each cup of pan. Press down with back of spoon.
  • Step 2
    Unwrap 14 Reese's mini PB cups, 12 for the recipe, and 2 for you to eat now...LOL. Place one candy in each of the muffin cups.
  • Step 3
    Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar, flour, vanilla and eggs mixing well. Place approx. 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture over the candy and crumbs cups. Bake 20-25 min. Let cool;
  • Step 4
    In 2 separate microwave safe bowls; place the 2 flavors of chips, with 1 tsp. oil in each bowl, microwave just until melted and smooth; With a fork drizzle the melted PB mixture over the cheesecake cups; followed by a drizzle of chocolate over each of the 12 cups; Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve; (If they last long enough to chill!!) Enjoy!
