Ingredients

  • WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE TOPPING:
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
  • RED VELVET HOT CHOCOLATE:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 splash water
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring

How To Make red velvet hot chocolate

  • Step 1
    WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE TOPPING: Combine heavy cream & sugar in a medium bowl; mix well. Whip on medium speed 2 minutes. Add cream cheese & whisk another 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    RED VELVET HOT CHOCOLATE: In a saucepan, heat milk, water & chocolate chips over medium heat; stirring occasionally. When almost melted, add food coloring; stir until melted.
  • Step 3
    Divide between 2 migs & top with Whipped Cream Cheese Topping. Enjoy!
