- 2 cups milk
- 1 splash water
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring

Step 1WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE TOPPING: Combine heavy cream & sugar in a medium bowl; mix well. Whip on medium speed 2 minutes. Add cream cheese & whisk another 2 minutes. Set aside.

Step 2RED VELVET HOT CHOCOLATE: In a saucepan, heat milk, water & chocolate chips over medium heat; stirring occasionally. When almost melted, add food coloring; stir until melted.

Step 3Divide between 2 migs & top with Whipped Cream Cheese Topping. Enjoy!
