Ingredients
- 24 - double stuf original oreo cookies (about 2 c), finely crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 6 squares - semi-sweet baking chocolate, divided
- 3 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 bottle red food coloring
How To Make red velvet cheesecake bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Mix cookie crumbs & butter; press into bottom of 13 x 9" pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 3Melt 4 chocolate squares as directed on package; pour into medium bowl. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, sugar & vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended. Remove 2 C batter; mix with melted chocolate & food coloring. Carefully spread over crust; cover with remaining plain batter.

Step 4Bake 26 - 28 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Melt remaining chocolate; drizzlle over dessert. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Step 5TO SERVE: Cut chilled dessert into 1 1/2" squares.
