One of the ladies at my church made this the other day and they were wonderful. Couldn't be any easier either. You can add nuts too.

Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • OR USE ALMOND BARK INSTEAD OF CHIPS
  • 1 pound white almond bark

How To Make red velvet balls

  • Step 1
    Bake cake per directions on box. Cool completely. Crumble into a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Stir in entire can of frosting till well mixed. Form into 1 inch balls and cool in fridge for several hours.
  • Step 3
    Melt chips with the oil and dip balls to cover. Cool to set chocolate. Store covered in fridge.
