- 3/4 cup butter softened
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1-1/2 cup raisins
- 1-1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step 1CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR. COMBIBE SOUP, SODA AND WATER, ADD TO BUTTER MIXTURE.

Step 2SIFT ALL DRY INGREDIENTS AND COMBINE WITH BUTTER MIXTURE. STIR IN RAISINS AND NUTS.

Step 3POUR INTO A WELL GREASED OBLONG CAKE PAN. BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT 30 MIN. COOL.

Step 5COMBINE 2 TBLS. BUTTER, 2 CUPS CONFECTIONERS SUGAR, 4 TBLS. COCOA, 3TBLS. HOT COFFEE 1TSP VANILLA AND A FEW DROPS OF MAPEL FLAVORING. STIR TILL SMOOTH, ICE CAKE IN PAN.
