- 1 cup red velvet cake crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 8 cups popcorn, popped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Spread cake crumbs on baking sheet. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until toasted. Cool.

Step 3Melt butter, vanilla, sugar, salt; mix well.

Step 4Toss popcorn with butter mixture.

Step 5In microwave safe bowl, microwave on HIGH white chocolate chips in 15 second intervals until melted; stir until smooth. Drizzle over popcorn until evenly coated; then toss in cake crumbs.
