Ingredients For raw apple cake

  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 1/2 c
    plain flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3 c
    raw apples (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 pkg
    butterscotch chips
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make raw apple cake

    Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2
    Cream sugar,oil, and eggs and beat with electric mixer for two minutes. Sift all dry ingredients. Then stir by hand all ingredients along with a few chopped apples until all are stirred into first mixture. Make sure apples are mixed in evenly. The dough will be very thick. Grease and flour a tube pan. Spread dough evenly in pan.Top with butterscotch chips and pecans. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
