Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups raw apples (peeled and chopped)
- 1 package butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make raw apple cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Cream sugar,oil, and eggs and beat with electric mixer for two minutes. Sift all dry ingredients. Then stir by hand all ingredients along with a few chopped apples until all are stirred into first mixture. Make sure apples are mixed in evenly. The dough will be very thick. Grease and flour a tube pan. Spread dough evenly in pan.Top with butterscotch chips and pecans. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
